The Metro is possibly the easiest way to get around Barcelona having 5 lines and the FGC which has 2 lines in Barcelona and a further 4 which run to the suburbs.

Taxi
Taxi's are black and yellow and a green light indicates its free. They
can be flagged down easily.

Tourist bus
This is a very handy way of getting an overview of Barcelona in a day.
You can buy the ticket on the double-deck buses and get on and
off as you please at the assigned stops.
Once on board, you will get an information leaflet and a discount card
for some of the places you visit.
There are two routes, one north and one south. They run every day from 09:00 - 21:30h
Cableway/Cablecar
Transbordador Aeri
This gives very impressive views of Barcelona. It leaves every 15 minutes
from Bareloneta or Funicular de Montjuic (the top station), everyday from
10:30-19:00h.
Telefèric de Montjuic
This is connected to the Funicular at Av. Miramar and will take you up
to the castle. It leaves from av. Miramar or Montjuic's Castle, everyday
from 11:00-19:15h

Funicular de Montjuic
This leaves Paral.lel av. and ends in Miranar Av., every 15 mintes, Monday

Funicular del Tibidabo
This starts at Pl. Dr. Andreu and goes to "tramvia blau"'s ,
stopping at the amusement park on the way. It operates on Saturday, Sunday
and holidays 10:45-19:15h, every half an hour.
